Hello house ,
I will like to ask if I can reapply for a Canadian student visa the second time while my sponsor is different from the first one in the previous application. I was denied the first time due to lack of funds by using my dad’s account last year .I have to build my proof of funds solely with my account from my uncle this time around right from January till date and he has even paid my school fees alongside other fees into my account .
The question I have right now is can I go ahead and apply for another visa by using my uncle as a sponsor with supporting documents this time since all funds has been from him into my account ,my admission is still valid for Fall session .
NB: In my first application , the funds was never in my account as it was only in Dad’s account and it wasn’t up to 30000CAD unlike now that the funds is in my account and I have been having a transaction from my uncle into this account of mine subsequently from January

You can apply again. So you say he has dumped large amounts of money into your account since your first application. That will be a red flag for officers. You will need to document this. An uncle as a sponsor is not a strong as a parent but you can try.
