I am a TRV resident living in Ontario and working on a work permit.
My girlfriend had applied for a visitor visa to visit me on March 2021 and had gotten her BioMetrics done. She is a H1B visa holder living in the US.
During the time of the initial application she had mentioned that she want to visit me around July 2021.
The application however still remains in progress.
My question is:
Given the change of instructions in https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rvices/coronavirus-covid19/visitors/visa.html , should we apply for a new application?
I am beginning to worry that since we stated last March that she would visit me in July, am wondering if that made her case go to the back burner.
Do let me know if any one has any advice on the above,
