hello,i applied for a student visa 3 months ago and was refused because of insufficient funds so I managed to amend those concerns and reapplied a month ago with all documents required including my medicals which I did upfront with out letter from cic ...it has been over a month now and I haven’t gotten any feedback,I just heard they usually request for your passport and that also hasn’t come...does the passport request come after the processing time is due or during?i just want to know what’s going on

Passport request is only after being approved. A month is not that long it can take several months.
