Reapplying for PGWP with Unofficial Transcript

Hi everyone

I applied for my PGWP for the first time with the official transcript on Nov 10, 2021, which has been refused.

Now, I am reapplying tomorrow, but, I wanted to reapply with the unofficial transcript that I have downloaded, since the new transcript is in transit as the university is sending it through Canada Post

Is it allowed to apply for pgwp with an unofficial transcript? (I'm using my old letter of completion through, which was issued on Oct 13, 2021)

What reason did they provide for refusing your PGWP ? I applied with my unofficial transcript and graduation letter. I guess you are fine if you upload the official course completion or graduation eligibility letter.
