Hello,
I am reapplying for the Canadian Study Permit as my application was refused on the following grounds:
"You have not submitted written documentation from the educational institution where you intend to study that states that you have been accepted to study there.
• you submitted an offer of admission rather than a letter of acceptance...."
I intend to reapply ASAP and UofT has provided me a letter of explanation to use as new supporting evidence this time.
I have a query regarding the bank statements & the Application for Study Permit Form. I understand I will have to update the Application Form in order to reapply, however, I am just wondering if I should also change the amount in CAD that I had stated in on the form. Although the combined total of my parents' bank statements remains unchanged, due to the fall in Pakistani Rupee to CAD, the combined total in CAD has lowered by CAD 3,000. When I had applied approximately 3 weeks back; 1 CAD= 105 PKR. Today, it stands at; 1 CAD= 111 PKR. Should I write the depreciated amount as per today's conversion rate, or is it acceptable to restate the same amount that I had mentioned in my previous application? The adjusted total is still more than the minimum I have to show (tuition + additional CAD 10,000) but I am just unsure if the change in total funds available in CAD will reflect negatively?
Thank you
