Hi,
my visa application was refused 2 days back and now i am looking to apply again.

Here is my profile:

10th: 66%
12th: 46%
BCA: 68%
MBA: 64.53%
Honors diploma in software technology 2 year course: 1st grade

My visa was rejected, now tell me what course to apply for visa? Which course should be relevant and best to apply?

one more question: Is reapplying again and again makes difficult to get visa?

in which course u applied earlier ..?? Wht were the reasons of rejection ???
just try to know the exact reason of rejection

One more question: I was having a proof of medical which was used in the 1st application which got rejected, Now do i have to go for medical test again for applying 2nd time?

Check this: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/visa-refused-1st-time-t167872.0.html

so sorry to see that ... I think main reason for refusal is that
you already have a masters degree.
I also got refusal for September 2013 intake with 4 reasons one of the reason
was the same that course is not relevant but I am going to reapply with
same course and same college.
I think if I changed my course now then visa officers will think that I am not
interested in studies and just want study visa.

Hopping for the best

don't do the medical yet. submit your application and if they are satisfied with your other documents then they will call you for medical and you can get your medical done and submit it to embassy.
