Hi!

When I applied for a PR, I included my children in the process but they were deleted from my application for they did not meet the requirements to be considered as dependents. My PR was released two years after they graduated from college. If I will ask them to go back to school and take a full course (their ages are 25 & 27 respectively), will CIC consider them as "dependents" when i reapply them? Is there a chance I can take them here in Canada?

Thanks.

No - they won't be considered as dependents if they go back to school.

To be considered as dependents, they would have had to have been in school full time continuously since the age of 22.

Also, for you to sponsor them them now, they must have been included as dependents in your original application. If they were removed from your application - then they can never be classified as your dependents.
