Really need help about documents regarding living expenses

Hi,
I got the unconditional offer from okanagan college and I'm planning to take a education loan to raise the funds. But for the education loan they are asking a proof for the living expenses to apply for the loan . My offer letter doesn't say anything about the living expenses. So where can I get an official document saying that I need 10,000 cad for living expenses.somebody please help me.....
