My wife (PA) just got her PPR, and she is a US citizen and has a US mailing address. She already sent me her required documents (Copy of passport, photos and Annex A), the reason is that Fedex in her village is being such a pain with sending anything to Canada (bad management basically). I am wondering if I can just send it myself to IRCC in Ottawa (using the US mailing address choice), and have them send the COPR directly back to her by including a self-addressed shipping label and a returning envelope from FedEx.
Is that something that can be done ?
