Could you please advise I received Ready For Visa Letter today.
I have been waiting for my PR 18 months.
However my status changed I am in common law relationship.
I have to inform ICRC as my partner currently on my work permit.
Could you please advise what should I do?
1. Should I let the government know about my common law union and ask to process my PR on my own, because my partner applied for his work permit alone.
2. Inform the government about my common law union and submit his application together with mine.
I am afraid that they will reject my PR or we will wait another 12 months if we applied together.
