read GCMS notes and potential security screen

I ordered GCMS in September and on page Eligibility, Criminality and Medicals are passed and security is redacted, with S15(1) written at the corner. Further in security activities 1-9 are redacted. Does that mean I am under security screening?

Strange. I could not find a section called ACTIVITY.
My medicual & eligibility has passed. Info Sharing, criminality, and security are in progress.
Is this normal for not having an ACTIVITY section on my gcms?

I heard S15(1), which means it is not going to be within the normal time-frame.
