Well Indeed ur reply was really really helpful and i felt lyk i am in canada..hahaha.. anyways it was really helpful that u shared ur airport experience.. thank you so much... well as far as pakistan is concerned its our own country and one can find some way out so the important place is canada bcoz we cant do anything ova there.. i will still contact u when i get visa inshallah.. my prayers are with u and inshallah u will do great... good luck for ur future and please keep posting about ur experiences.. How was ur experience about PIA??? U must hav done ur survey ... so was PIA the cheapest??? How long was the flight and wt did i cost??? where did u go from toronto??

Thanks Afridi, You will also get you chance to be in Canada Inshallah.Actually I myself wanted to share my experience to the forum so no body get into trouble on Airport.I will be waiting for you I hope you will be here in September.I am rally thankful for your prayers.

About PIA, surprisingly the experience was very very good I can rate that to my Swiss air experience. It was the cheapest available direct flight. There was a ticket which was even cheaper and it was from from Qatar aieways, but that was not a non-stop flight and fortunately I was not able to get ticket to that flight. PIA also gives a 10% discount to the students If you show them your university letter before purchasing ticket they will give you a 10% discount with this discount it is the cheapest

Wow man thaz awesome... thats such a good tip to remember man.. so did u book ur ticket directly from PIA office or via consultant.. and how much did it cost after the concession... Well dont u think that instead of a direct flight, which wud be lyk more than 16 hours to toronto, is abit hectic.. i wud rather prefer a flight with a stop.. wt do u say?? anyhow please dont leave the forum so that v could take more benefit frm u..

Well I did book it through some agent who was friend of my brother but if you are in Islamabad you can go to PIA blue area office and you can buy it directly from them.It was around 75,000 including the taxes after the discount.A direct flight is much much better than stopping on airport, it is as tiring as sitting in the plane.If you could find a hotel and one day stay then it is good to go by non stop flight, but I think it would be very expensive in this case. Best of luck for our visa as well.

Somebody also asked me about the insurance. There is no point to get insurance from Pakistan it is good to get it from Canada.My insurance is covered by university and honestly I o not know what they are paying and what I have covered from this insurance. Claiming an insurance from Pakistan from here is very difficult.Medicine and medical treatment is so expensive that you can spend your fortune on simple injury.

Getting a ticket from agent will cost even cheaper as compared to PIA Office. So Agents are definitely better! If you don't get a chance to fly with PIA, try Emirates A380 ;-)
