reaaplied can i change job duties

Dear senior

I applied in june 08 & got rejection on the basis of 38 list. Now i again applied because i got promoted on sept 08 under the occupation of 38 list & hence it become 1.5year & i have shown that i am doing job duties for 1.5 year for my new occupation to which i have promoted .
My question is this that i have added some job duties in my previous profile which i had shown in my last form for example at that time when i had applied i shown 8 job duties for the occuptation that was not under 38 list & now in my new form i added 2-3 more job duties in that occupation which was not under 38 list
ONe of my friend said that his consulatant told him that you cannot add job duties which you have already shown in your previous form & if you do you can get rejection.
Will they consider my new occupation job duties which i am showing that i am doing from 1.5year & it is falling under 38 list or they will also match my old occupation history in which i have added 2-3 job duties to the my old form which i got rejection

Please show all job duties that you do for last one and a half year for occupation in 38 list and match it closely to your NOC Code main duties

You may add 2-3 more duties to your previous role also. There is always a possibility that you may have skipped them last time by mistake.
