Hi Guys,

I am Dilip working in saudi arabia. I am planning to visit canada on visit visa, so can i convert from visit visa to student visa in canada? according to new rules from june ? or do i need to cme back to india and apply ? any 1 have idea? reply's will be much appreciated

you can apply according to the new rules.

but they come into effect only on june 1st.

we got to wait for the rules to be in effect to know what the final version is like.
