Hi there,

I am curious: is it ok to take my medical again? I took one in June because the plan was to apply for PR in July but, predictably, collecting all documents takes time and i am not expecting to apply earlier than September or possibly August. I would want to avoid being asked for a retake of the medical if possible so as not to cause delays (outland), and i was just windering if it's ok to go and have the medicals done again, just before we apply.

On a related note, does anyone know if the validity of letters of support expire somewhow? We have some letters dated from july and august, some will be from september and i am just wondering if that's ok.

Hi

Don't redo the medical. If your app isn't processed by June 2017, IRCC will most likely just extend your medical.

It's fine for the letters to be a few months old.
