Re-submit returned documents?

Hi. Can I resubmit my returned application with the checkmarks on it that were done at the mailing centre? Or do I have to complete all new forms? It was returned today and originally submitted on the 11th March. They said it was missing the IELTS results, however they were included with the original application and the CIC officer just didn't bother looking through all the paperwork. :-[

I submitted the same ones, I just added the missing document to it. I find it useless to copy the entire same info once again. Plus mine had a stamp from the visa office on the generic form. On the cover letter attached to my returned package did not state to provide new forms just asked to attach the missing document. Not sure...

If it only has a small red tick, then I think its perfectly fine to resubmit it. (I did this myself)
The only section I reprinted was section 1 of the checklist, because CIC had a big red stamp on it.

It's upsetting how this keeps happening. At least with CIO in place, people get notified relatively quickly.

Hey pmpm thanks for the info. I have resubmitted today with the original Docs and a cover letter stating the issues with the last one. Hopefully it will be read more thoroughly...otherwise I will be postal.

Wonder if there is some forum for US visa like this too...I have been following 5 that I could find for US visa (google) but never got replies for my querries...
