re open my application

Hello friends,

I submitted by request for skills workers in 2009. I got refused letter on having 65 points instead of 67 , however today I managed to cover and claim more points but I never appeal and re open my request, what is the best way of doing so, today I have one new kid and I managed to have better results in English language, do you think there is a way to re open my file and get benefit from the old file.

Submit the new Application.

If you want it to be considered as fresh, don't write the UCI you received in 2009 otherwise mention it.
