Re medical: Status updated to valid, but didn't received letter from IRCC

Hi All,
I got my work Visa stamped in Feb 2021 and my medical got expired on 9th July. I received a letter from IRCC to redo medical. Which is stated below thing.

If you pass your medical exam, you will receive another letter from IRCC advising you that
may proceed with your travel plan to Canada. Please make sure you meet all the requirements
as a student or worker prior to travelling to Canada.

I completed the medical exam on 21st July 2021. After that on 26th August my status got valid, but I haven't received any letter from IRCC. Now I am in confusion whether I can travel I should wait until I receive the above-mentioned letter.

Please help me.
