Hello everyone.
I am seeking for some advice or help, this is a situation I didn't expect would happen.
My VO is Singapore.
The eCas shows that the Permanent Application status of my spouse is In Progress since 21st of May.
1. We received xxxxxx application for permanent residence on September 6, 2013.
2. We started processing xxxxx application on May 21, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
Just today I have received the global Notes and it clearly indicates that :
Med-Ext and request letter dd 21 may and original docs sent to PA by registered mail.
Unfortunately my spouse have never received those, they must have been lost in transit. She is from Vietnam and living in a small village.
I do not know how we can continue in those circumstance as I believe all the necessary info must have been in that request letter.
Any info or advice would be helpful. I have already wrote to the VO office through the online form. I hope they will not close our file since it has been over 3 months now.
