I don't have any idea about the laws in Canada. I also don't have money to get Attorney. They have a Business in Calgary Alberta which is Roc's Grill.

I am not sure if I can still contest the signature that they've said I signed on that Divorced documents. As I am 100% sure that I did not sign anything at all. My husband just told me about the Divorce last 2016. And the divorced was granted August 2012. My husband then and the other woman just got married Sept 15 2018

Nothing you can really do except move on with your life. You could attempt to challenge the divorce and claim he fraudulently signed your name but for that, you will need to hire a lawyer in Canada. It will cost many thousands and thousands of dollars and is not likely to change anything, as you have no proof of fraud.

What kind of fraud proof do they need. As i dont have a copy of the divorced. it was just sent to me via viber.

Will I be able to still go to Canada as a tourist to be able to file a case about the falsification of documents?

It's a bit confusing. Did your husband send you the divorce claim either directly or through the court before he was granted the divorce? And you did not sign this divorce claim, right?

Not my own personal experience but of a friend.

He was granted via court order to “serve” a divorce notice through a major Philippine newspaper. He used Manila Bulletin I believe. The court did not receive any objections after the requisite time per the rules. He was granted a divorce without needing the ex-wife’s signature.

As mentioned by others and also because you say you have no funds to hire a lawyer, my advice is also to let it go. It has been 7 years since the divorce, I highly doubt that under the circumstances there is anything you can do. I only hope that he became a Canadian citizen before he processed the divorce so that the Philippines will also let you remarry once you meet someone you want to spend your life with.
