Looking to see if someone has has experience with this.
From reading about the process to "re-issue" an Indian passport, the BLS website says that the processing time out of CGI Vancouver is 2 months if the original passport was issued in India or another mission.
Has anyone had experience doing this? Does it actually take two months or is that just the number they give to cover their butt?
I ask because I have to travel frequently for work and I'm trying to figure out the best time to submit my application.
