Re-filling Schedule A Background declaration (help needed).

dear seniors,

I have submitted my medical in Nov 2012 and yesterday I have received an email from London office that I have to re-submit my background declaration forms again (for third time they have asked) as there are gaps in personal history.

I am very much concerned how to fill this question (below) because it states personal history since the age of 18 or last 10 years whichever comes first, I have mentioned last 10 years as they come first as my age is 36. Am i doing something wrong here? please see below extract of question taken from the form:
Question # 8: "Provide the details since the age of 18 and or the past 10 years whichever is most recent"
Please advise if im interpreting this question wrong as i provided last 10 years for me and for my spouse. many thanks in advance

past 10 years history to be shown without giving any gap.
Start from the recent and go back till 1999 because you submitted the application in 2009.

I believe you are correct as i have presented the personal history from current year back to 2001.

From your 18th birthday as it comes first in chronological order. This has been a bit confusing element as different people interpret it differently. I was specifically instructed by my consultant to include data from my 18th birthday. Use additional sheets if required and use the same format/template as in the original form. Make sure you don't leave any gaps between each period. You should be fine.

I agree with ASK...do not leave any loop hole, fill up details from the date you turn 18..

Thank you for your reply. I re-collect that i initially submitted the same form starting details of personal history since the age of 18, which was also objected with the same statement "you have gaps in personal history" later I they updated the question to include last 10 years whichever comes first, so if i fill since the age of 18th would this be accepted.. not sure?

I also wrong them back on the same email to which i have not received a reply. this is confusing...

Please advise.
