hi friends
i need ur advice in this matter
i am landing in toronto on 7th april 2013. i have made all the arrangements for accommodations
but my problem is that i have to attend a function with my family in new york city on 12th april to which i will be taking a rental car so my question is can i re enter from the niagara falls border without the PR card or should i wait till i receive the PR cards?
