I havea five year multiple entry visa, While entering Canada I've got six month validity stamp.. If she want to reenter Canada, how soon I can do that? I mean the time gap between multiple entries.. If anyone could share their experience that will be great..

She can enter as many times as she wants. That's what multiple-entry means principally. To my knowledge, there is no time gap. Read the first question in the following CIC FAQ.
