I have a multi-entry visitor visa, currently am in Canada for around a year (got a six months extension once). I have applied for my & spouse's (who is on visitor visa first 6 months with me) Super visa (sponsored by my daughter & son-in-law). We are waiting for the result, currently it shows 110 days for applications made in Canada.
Currently we are on Implied status. We have a family emergency and I need to travel to Dubai, while my spouse will be here in Canada. I have the following questions:
- If I travel before my results of Super visa comes, will my super visa application be cancelled ? If so should I be cancelling it or by default it gets cancelled ?
- I have multi entry visitor visa, which is valid for around 9 more years, would there be any challenges if I come back in a month or two to visit my daughter and grand children ?
- My spouses super visa application was filed through my CIC account, if my application is cancelled (if I travel to Dubai) will it impact my spouses Super visa application ?
