Hello,
I was in Canada in 2016. I plan to visit again for vacation before my visa expires. I'm seeing a document attached to my passport, Opposite visa page that has my info and at the bottom of the page, 'this does not authorize re-entry.' I have a multiple entry visa that is still valid and I'm wondering what this implies. Please help. Thanks

What document is it? (the one opposite visa page). Where you in Canada as a visitor in 2016 or worker/student etc?

I was in Canada as a visitor. Though I had a baby then. I cleared all my bills and did not overstay

Can ou take a picture of the document, remove personal info like name and document number and post it?

I've been trying to find a way to post photo to no avail..but document has clients information and additional info segments . Then 'this does not authorize re-entry ' at the foot of the page. There are other term, especially on extension at the back page

It would be a lot easier if you could at least Identify what type of document it is, does it have expiration dates, what does it authorise. etc

I guess it authorized my initial entry. Yes Under additional information it has date of issue and expiry date. Then case type: 10

Could it be a visitor record document?
I Google it and saw images of same document as visitor record

If you applied to extend your stay while in Canada, then yes it is a visitor record. But it should state that on the document. The document must have a name. If its a visitor record, it will show VISITOR RECORD on top below your names.

Oh I see... Yes it's stated on the document. Just noticed that now. Mine wasn't an issue of extension though,, I was actually given a time frame the immigration officer deemed enough for me to have my baby and leave - not up to the normal six months. I reported back to him at the end of my stay and he confirmed I paid all my bills before leaving. So can I reenter at this point since I still have a valid multiple entry visa? Thanks a lot for your help so far.

I’d check to see if your visa is still valid . In the past have seen cases if the TRV privilege was used to just have a baby here , aka birth tourism , people have found that there visa is then cancelled moving forward
Regardless if you paid your bills or not , your intention wasn’t to visit , it was to give birth here
