Re-entering Canada on S-1 visa

My Sister had to leave Canada with S-1 visa and study permit ( both valid till sep 2025) due to medical emergency.
Now after 1 year she wants to come back to Canada to meet her newborn niece.

Can she come and visit on the same S-1 visa or will she require a new Visit Visa
