Re-enter in Canada after completion of study before study visa and permit expires.

hey, my question is straight would I be able to enter back in Canada if I fly back to my country after my study is over.
I graduated in December 2018, and I am planning to travel back to my country India from February 11 to February 26th of 2019. I am planning to apply for my work permit PGWP after I come back from India. would I be able to re-enter Canada even if my study is finished?
my study permit and student visa expire in July 2019.

You only have 90 days after graduation for PGWP. You have less than 30 days left to apply for PGWP. I would suggest you leave Canada after filing PGWP. You can travel while PGWP application is in process.
