Hi,
My partner's medical expires in June and we will get it re-done before it is requested to save any delays it might cause. I just submitted our app 20 days ago. I'm assuming we don't have to get his children's medicals redone because they are not accompanying him. Can somebody please confirm this? Also, do we need to submit new pictures with the new medical?

I'm pretty sure the children will need their medicals redone. And yes you'll need to bring pictures to the medical because they have to put a picture on each of the papers to identify you.

I thought I read somewhere a long time ago that if not accompanying they wouldn't have to re-do. I really hope not, because it was a huge ordeal to get them to the doctor's office, my partner's ex, who they live with, is very adversarial.

I don't see why you would need to redo.

Non-accompanying children do need to have a current and valid medical before your application is finalized.
