re creating ee profile expiring and already accepted ontario nomination

I have to re create my express entry profile as it is expiring december 13th . There is a questions asked that have i ever had an express entry profile or something like that? do i answer yes?

Since you mentioned that you already accepted Nomination from OINP, so your CRS must have been upgraded by 600 points.

If there is no draw and therefore an ITA before 13th, you will need to recreate the profile and ask OINP to transfer the nomination points to the new EE profile.

There is no question that asks "Whether you had an EE profile or not?"
