I am Dilip from India. I am working in Saudi Arabia as Mechanical Technician and willing to opt for WELDING TECHNICIAN COURSE in CANADA.So with the new rules as of from JUNE 1st, can i change the course and college after gng to canada with in same intake (sept) ?
Moreover i have done B.tech and Masters in Mechanical Engg and looking for 2-years Diploma Course in WELDING, so is it possible to grant visa? from saudi arabia or India ? Experts pls do reply me..........................Thank uuuuuuuuuuuuuu
