Is birth certificate mandatory for second applicant ??. One of frnd applied FSWP few days back with only NOTARY not birth certificate. His wife as principal applicant filed with birth certificate.

Birth Certificate is mandatory and you may face rejection.

It's one of the most common rejection reason of FSW13
