Dear friends
The temporary resident visas for my parents were rejected in may 2022 and I am thinking of applying again. The refusal reasons were
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
Myself and my sister are in Canada. Our grandmother is in India and my parents take care of her. We did not mention this in the first application explicitly. This time in statement of purpose, I am adding this. Is it sufficient if we list the reasons for return in their covering letter or do we need a separate justification letter for the same? I also heard that we need to use some specific keywords when addressing previous refusals. Can someone guide me on this?
Thanks
