Hi,

My PR application was rejected in March due to outdated information in my employer letter substitute.

I'm planning to re-apply. Should I mention any thing about my rejection case in the covering letter? What should we normally mention in the covering letter?

fyi...I'm going to include my recent Visa extension letter (which has all the required information) issued by my HR & client letter (with business card) in new application. My employer doesn't entertain the PR & doesn't issue any reference letter.

Thanks.

Read question 6 of Schedule A again. You have to reveal the rejection, plus, they have this information anyway. About the reference letter, if you can't get one, write an explanation why and include copies of paystubs, contract/job offer letters, and those other documents you mentioned. Make sure all the information in the CEC checklist is included.
