My PR was rejected do to WES ECA report was as follows:
Canadian Equivalency: Three years of hospital study and training
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education
credential
The officer refused it due to the remarks. i have got the assessment done from ICAS and they have assessed it for college diploma(three years).
i have received the invitation and my question is whether I need to submit a letter of Explanation or not?
Please advice.
