Re-applying for FSW need help

Dear friends,

i have now decided to re apply for the PR under FSW for 0213 category.I had applied earlier for the FSW under 0213 and got rejected. But now what are my chances of getting approved for the FSW under fast track . will they have any details regarding my previous application and the rejection details.

and i want to know for sure if we don't need to send the resume because most of the friends who gave their valuable suggestions mentioned that to send the documents to sydney office we dont need to send the resume. If so what additional documents i need to send.

I am working as a system and storage administrator.

Hi,

I myself have applied under the same category back in March 2009 and now my case is with local CHC. 0213 seems to be the most tricky occupation code, as lots of Job titles can be categorized as managers. In my opinion the most important is the applicant needs to have an experience of Manager in this field. Local CHC asked about by job duties from my employer, so please be careful in wording your job duties. Write something about managing people, resources, projects etc etc. I hope this helps.
