Hi,

I just updated the amount of funds that I will bring to Canada and my profile became ineligible. So I created a new one with higher budget and now its ok.

Where I am confused is how to respond the questions below

Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
- YES?
Have you applied for Express Entry before?
- YES?
Please provide the Express Entry file number
- Application number?
If you have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below
- Some numbers UCI appeared on my ineligible file, I believe thats it.

1 - The answer is yes if you've ever applied for a visitor/study/work permit or if you've submitted an eAPR before (not a profile).

2 - Answer is no.

You won't be required to provide an application number and UCI number if you answer "no" to both of the first two questions.
