Hi,

I applied for my parents. My father visa is approved and my mum visa is approved. To reapply for my mum, do I have to open new account or I can apply under the same account before I applied for my parents. At that time, my father was a main applicant. Do I have to apply under same account or open different account?

Your post isn't quite clear. You seem to be staying that both of your parents were approved. Do you mean to say that your father was approved and your mother was refused? Or were they both refused?

Or was your mom issued a shorter TRV validity than your dad's TRV? And, now you want to apply from scratch for a new TRV for your mom?
