I am in need of desperate help please. Initially a month ago my parents and sister applied for visitor visa to come and visit myself and my wife in Canada. My parents visa got approved however my sister's visa got rejected due to 179b. The following reasons were given.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and
financial status.
1. My sister is working from one year, but my father would be supporting her travel. We had shown around 6000 CAD in her account even then the visa got rejected.
2. She is single - would this be another issue
3. We submitted the official leave letter from her company for 3 weeks.
Please let me know in this scenario when I reapply what additional letters should I include in the application since I would be her representative
