Am planning to re apply visa again I was refused on 08/08/2019 , visa officer ground of refusal am not satisfied that you will live Canada at end of your stay ,

Personal assets and financial status.
In my first application I submitted a cover letter which was not very strong because I thought I have a good application .
Document submitted
Invitation letter from conference which is I already paid .
Employment contract letter.
Employment leave letter
Bank statement 34000 dollars
Marriage certificate
Children birth certificate
Land title with house registered in my name's.
Air ticket booking reservation
Hotel reservation.
Visa copies travel history France and china.
I am married with four children
An administrator good salary 2.5m ugs equivalent to 900 dollars.
Now am planning to submit again very soon with the same application .
This time I want to put a strong cover letter which can explain all the details.
I want to add land agreement s which is not registered but it's in my name's , in Uganda we have land with title and without title so in my first application I did not submit it I want to use avidavit from a lawyer to explain and interpret the land agreement in English.
About my travel history .
France and china. There is nothing I can change , can you help me here?
Conference is five days and I ask a visa for seven days and also my leave appoval eight days.
Please help what can I do to explain more in my cover letter ,
