I am a nurse applying as caregiver and I am filling up this Additional Form as a basis of my Educational Background. The #7 question is "Did you do any on-the-job training or practicum? If yes, pls indicate the exact duration and time of the week of your on-the-job training or practicum."
Can anyone help if this part is to be filled up by nurses or those who underwent caregiver course? And if its applicable to nurses, is this the Related Learning Experience (RLE) we had undergone in the School of Nursing? Am I going to enumerate each hospitals I went for the RLE?
