I went to a notory to submit my electronic fingerprinting as required. I was told then that I should receive a confirmation email from the RCMP with in 10 minutes of the submission. However, it's been over 24 hours and I still haven't got anything form RCMP yet. Followed up with the notory office, and they said the the RCMP server is experiencing some issue and none of the submissions across the country has been picked up by them since yesterday (3/27) and as such no confirmation email was sent out. Does anyone else experience this issue?? Bascially anyone submitted fingerprinting on 3/27 and 3/28 shouldn't have got any confirmation from RCMP.
Just want to verify if that office was just making something up.
