Hi

I received a request letter for RCMP fingerprints. I live in the US and only been to Canada few times but never lived there. Is that normal?
Do I have to travel to Canada to get them?

No, You do no need to come to Canada, You can get it done from USA too. Just call any fingerprint services for instance Safran Morpho Global Id servies and state them in USA and is there any way their team can help you.

I called CIC call center and they said it's not a mistake and do need a "Criminal Record Check".

No choice but to provide it
