Hi Everyone

I posted this question in some other thread as well but didn't got reply for it that's why creating a new thread here.

I got RCMP request on August 12, 2015 and I got fingerprints done on August 13, 2015. Now, i am waiting for results.

Problem is, my document request letter says reply within 60 days but where we upload document it says August 19, 2015 which is today. I waited till last minute in a hope that i will receive it but it usually takes 10 business days.

Now where we upload documents it shows Replacement Overdue. I have submitted CSE also same day when i received letter but no reply in that too.

I was planning to write a letter to them about all this but where we upload documents, we need to enter document number and other details which i don't have.

Please reply. It's really urgent.

Its really weird...i think the only thing you can do is to wait for CSE reply or call CIC.... Or once you get your PC from RCMP, just sent it using CSE and requesting them to add to your file.....

I just got my fingerprints done today,,,I was not being asked for it though.....

Don't you see any uploading option in your permanent resident application. like myself CIC requested me to upload celpip documents. I have clicked permanent resident application and went to documents uploading page and found upload option. It should be same I guess.

Did anyone get a response on this, I have been requested to upload within 7 days also and it is doubtful it will arrive in time.

I think I read on another thread that CIC advised to upload the receipt and then send the document by CSE when it comes in.

I had the same issue, i sent in a CSE and got a reply after 4 days that they would extend my deadline for 30days (I was originally given 7days) I was given a second line to upload, my RCMP came after 9days and I uploaded it into both sections (the original request and the extended upload)
