So I received the RCMP criminal record check request on May 22 (which I did literally within the hour of getting the email from CPPO). Got confirmation from CIC that they have received my check electronically from the RCMP and it's attached to my file. One month later, nothing...I wonder if I might have killed someone and forgot about it haha.
Ecas still says Application Received (so its existence is kinda pointless to me by this point since they're not touching it). No MR.

Medical , fees and RCMP request at the same time. April 25th . The starnge thing is i am still waiting for my RCMP and rest of the process is completed. I emailed RCMP with no response.
I was stuck in a similar situation and lost almost 3 months. I received RCMP request from CIC in Mid Feb. We did RCMP Test on around 19 feb and requested for results to be directly sent to CIC, biggest mistake of life.
We got a confirmation mail from RCMP that the results have been sent to CIC. We send out multiple confirmation request to CIC for RCMP results, they just replied on first mail with NO, Not received.
Our due date for 60 days passed and even with multiple mails sent out, CIC didn't replied. On Mid May after the due date i sent out a big mail asking for Status on my application to which they replied asking RCMP results again as they haven't received any and with another lease for 30 days.
We had to do RCMP test again and this time we got the results delivered at our home address and then mailed to CIC by ourself.
And this time we received confirmation from CIC within 8 days they have received the results. Whole cycle went from 14th Feb to 30th May. And we have been waiting since then..!!!
My suggestion: Get it delivered at your home address, add your application level detail in a letter and send the package yourself to CIC.

For what it's worth to people reading this, I had my print sent directly to the CIC and they got there within a week.
My RCMP certificate was sent to my home address and I sent it to CIC through Xpresspost with signature confirmation (was signed by someone there)..but I never received any confirmation mail from CIC. Have you got mail from CIC within 8 days without you sending any query?
