Hi Asivad (or anyone who can help),

I need to upload my RCMP criminal check... I have the "2016" technical issue everybody is talking about so I will upload it including a LOE.

Now, 2 questions I need to answer:
Document number and expiry date.

Document number: in the document we have 3 numbers: DOCID (20 digits), DCN (20 digits) and a 6 digit reference number. Which one should I use?

Expiry date: I read is 6 months.

Hope anyone can help.

Thanks,
Regards.

6 digit reference number would suffice.

Expiry date - pick a date 6 months into the future. If even that isn't allowed, input 31st Dec '15 and explain in the LOE.

Thanks so much for your support Asivad!

When uploading the document, you have to provide the "Issue Date".
Mine was issued in 2016, but on the website when you try to select the year, 2016 is missing so can't complete the process.

It's been almost 3 weeks, no reply from CIC/webmaster, etc... so, one solution is to select 31/dec/2015 and include a LOE.

OH ALRIGHT .. LOE SHOULD WORK LIKE A CHARM THEN . GOOD LUCK
