Hi Guys,
I've a situation here and I need some advice. Back in 2015 something stupid happened and I'm not going explain the background. I was charged for theft under $5000 and had my court date on March 2015 and received a conditional discharge and served a 12 months probation successfully. I've never ever had any other criminal records.
Now I'm applying for my permanent residence and did my RCMP check. Obviously got a positive identification. In this situation what do I do so that it doesn't affect my application
Please suggest. Thanks a ton.
