Just waiting for CIC's good will now, not much else to do.
People are optimistic about the CRS dropping a few points still this year, let's see what happens.
Still 431, hoping to go up to 433 by this Friday if spouse gets CLB9 on IELTS re-attempt
Hoping that if ITA cut-off can dome down to 439, then may get a chance for OINP HCP at 433

Oh OK, I guess I spoke with limited knowledge from a small sample size, given the last 2 draws happened between 12pm and 1pm UST. A few pages ago, someone did talk about a trend and how a drawing this week may be skipped per this trend. I hope the person is wrong and that I jumped into conclusions too early as wellStill 9am in Toronto, way too early. In about one hour you can start F5ing the draw page.
