I logged in and checked, but there is no change of status and no new messages. I have not made any changes to my application today.

what time they usually release the draw ?

Most of the time before noon EDT but they have released one as late as 3PM EDT. If it doesn't happen in the next hour chances are it may not happen today.

438, 435, 433 might have the most people. I guess 1000 on each of those and 500 on the rest from 431 to 440.
