Good question. I'm afraid I'm not knowledgeable enough to give you a definitive answer. My gut says it's probably fine. But I don't see the point in doing that. Whoever can get a better score should be the primary applicant, right?

Thanks. Our case is a particular one hahaha
My husband has a much better score (434 vs 401), but I speak french (CLB 8-9) so we may have a chance to receive a NOI under FSSW with my profile. That is why we wanted to created different profiles (like a plan B in case CRS doesn’t go down to 430s level), right now I am planning to take the IELTS on june 30, and hoping to achieve minimun level 6 in English that it is required for FSSW.

But now, I am confused if it is allowed or not to have two different profiles as couple :confused:

Ah ok I see where you are coming from now. Maybe you can create a separate thread and see what seniors say. Good luck with your IELTS!

We received WES ECA Report today..
The section "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" says only "Master's Degree"...
whereas individual "CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS" section shows individual 3 different degree like Master's, bachlor's and Diploma

I called WES to ask why only masters written in summary... they told because they concluded equivalency as Masters and it is always highest degree specified that... and for details i should refer to individual equivalencies of other degrees on bottom..

is this correct and is it usually like this?

Couple can have two profiles with different primary applicants. It's not an issue.

If today we see a draw the cutoff will be 438.............well, the tiebreaker might be December 2017 though........we desperately need a draw today to keep our hope alive... Best of luck to all waiting in the pipeline....

We all need this draw. If it happens the score cut off could be 438/437. We need to get a breather after the shock last time.

Yes, highest degree matters.
